Who We Are
Richard D. Brooks
Richard D. Brooks graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute and Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Rich has been a member of the Lions Club of Cape Elizabeth for more than 25 years and currently serves as its Treasurer. Rich lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife and two sons.
David P. Bouffard
David P. Bouffard joined the firm in 2001 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Concentrations in Accounting and Management, and a minor in Mathematics.
A member of both the American Institute and Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dave became a CPA in 2003 and a partner in 2007. Dave is also a former member of the Kiwanis Club of Portland.
Dave resides in Auburn with his wife Angela, daughter Isabella, and son Joseph.
